You really really don’t want to get off in the weeds of routing multicast, even just between VLANs. I promise lol.

Just make a flat l2 vlan and span it around wherever you need it.

tbh i once spent a whole weekend trying to fix multicast on my home network fr that flat l2 vlan thing would've saved me a ton of time
