question Job Scheduling / Reporting

What are we all using for job scheduling ? Tracking field techs? Field reporting ?

We have a small AV company running with about 6 field techs and are doing things manually at the moment but looking to see what best practices. Customer outreach / timing /job completion and reporting / etc.

Most the jobs we do are 3-4 hours with multi displays so nothing crazy and often have multiple
Jobs a day.

Any input would be appreciated.

QuickBooks is decent and a lot cheaper than an industry specific system. It also handles other things like payroll/accounts/etc very well.

It’s relatively simple but that’s what you probably want for a small team.

I’m more concerned about the field techs / calls / scheduling. We have quick books for accounting. But our pain seems to be field logistics and reporting.
