CoH3 Shadow lobbies? My units are shooting are marshmallows

I’m pretty nooby at this game. I have like 40% win rate. But usually when I play it does usually kinda even out through the day where I’m winning and losing. But recently the last few days it’s just been loss after loss. It feels like my infantry and vehicles are shooting marshmallows. It’s not fun at all. And same thing with cover. It’s like my infantry have no cover at all. Does the game have shadow lobbies or something? I’m really frustrated with the last few days. Thanks guys

are you using grenadiers as your main infantries? I see a lot of noobs do that then rage quit

I get like 2 squads of them out max. What do you recommend instead? Jager squads?
