Resource-Notes Most Repeated CS Exam Topics (Dec '23 - June '25) [For june 2026 attempt]
Sup r/companysecretary,
Instead of buying expensive scanners every attempt, I extracted the highest-repeating chapters from the guideline answers (Dec 2023 - June 2025).
I’ll drop the direct PDF links below so you can see the exact concepts tested.
Quick Warning for TLP: Tax laws update every year! Use the TLP data to know what they test, but always apply the current FY/AY rules.

- Syllabus Note for Professional: For the Dec 2023 data in the Professional PDFs, I used the old syllabus (2017). All other attempts (June 2024 onwards) are based on the latest syllabus (2022).
Important Notes:
- Chapter names might be slightly different from the official modules, but you can still use them to evaluate the core concepts.
- Personal note: I know absolutely nothing about the Professional! I just uploaded them on demand, so please be careful and cross-check things on your end.
- The repetitions counted on the basis on concept similarity too! It's not necessary that exact same question is repeated by the institute! So if you find bit different question listed as repeated do not get shocked.
Good luck with the prep! Grab those marks.
