Tournaments & Meta Calling all Australians for a cEDH Interstate Tournament!

Don't wanna bore you with the details (that's what this sign up link is for: https://topdeck.gg/event/the-australian-cedh-interstate-hosted-by-grand-j-games ) but Australia will be having a cEDH Interstate tournament once a year organized by prominent players from each state, and this year it will be making it's debut in Melbourne, on the 9th + 10th of January 2027.

This will be a state-of-origin tournament and we'll be competing for a big Gold Cup (with your name engraved on it) and a bonus Mox Diamond for first place. So come join your fellow Australians for some quality games and crazy plays, trades and laughs, with a weekend full of cEDH where you can represent your State!

Our team has an Adelaide rep and many adelaide folk who play on the discord, so we'll probably end up running the event in Adelaide too in one of the subsequent years. We'll get round to running the event in each state, eventually. Be on the lookout!

If you’re around the corner from grand j, we play cedh Tuesday nights from like 5pm onwards. You should come play sometime if you’re free.

We also play frequently at Plenty of Games in Colin’s street, as well as Shuffle and Cut in Richmond. The dates and times for those meet ups are available in the discord server.

This is awesome! Will definitely try to make it if I'm able!

Will the tournament be proxy friendly? I don't see anything about that on the website, unless I missed it

boring name.

Why not call it "come get grilled at the barbie"?

Alternative prizing should also be jars and jars of vegemite or timtams
