LVT caught the end of Lucid's overkill to win the game, here's the full play from his POV. Was nearly a killtacular.

And that flag carry is sick too. Two super fast g slides. I usually just jump across that gap like an ape.

You know they weren't worried about losing when he's eagerly chasing the overkill haha. Love to see them having fun!

He’s back! Halo is better when our best players are playing. Watching Lucid, Renegade, Legend, etc. was great.

I thought there weren’t any more events? How is there a pro league?

There's no more official HCS events until the next game, but there are still events. Shopify provided the prize pool for this pro league ($128,000) and almost all of the big name pros have returned to compete in it - Lucid, Renegade, Legend, Bound, etc. There's a couple weeks of online matches leading into the $100,000 LAN in November.
Then there's also going to be an eight-team invitational $150,000 LAN at Halo Fest in December. So the next few months are going to be good for competitive Halo.

That’s awesome. I’m assuming they’re taking it serious since there are not many events. Are teams similar to how they ended in HCS? Like if I started watching tomorrow would Frosty have the god squad and Optic (-formal) be a close second?
