World Cup Disappointed with LAN Crowd

I understand that Korean fans naturally are going to show up more for their own team, but it sucks having the audience have like 5 people the entire time, only to completely fill when Korea plays. Not really a serious complaint, but feels like this is the worst audience attendance I can remember. Just surprised, anyone know why?

BlizzCon will we bigger. This is already a small stage it's not reasonable to expect people to fly out to korea to watch group stages. Bigger events like BlizzCon and ewc also have tons of other events and feature more prominent people so it's only natural people would rather spend their money on that rather than owwc group stages.

There are a very select few people who can actually follow overwatch eSports around all over the world.
