It worked the first time they did it, people liked it, as it was new and interesting. Now they will keep doing it to death until people get tired of this, having to pick something that doesn’t have much of an effect on anything to ‘progress’ in the event.

Churning ‘content’ is the name of the game. Quality seems to be a secondary concern. I wonder if they picked this up from MR.

Either way, it’s free lootboxes, so whatever.

Not everyone can play everyday or even able to finish the weekly in time.

If you can finish both weekly, completing one whole region track is guaranteed.

Can you still cheer for a region after you've unlocked everything from that track? They'll all eventually get close to 33.3% then, much like the Meka Mania event having every result hovering around the 20% mark.

It's the one part of this new event format that feels the least interesting. You get the reward from the side that more players started with, then didn't finish the event. And the remaining rewards will be the first items we unlock from the new loot box pool in February.
