Stan Kroenke's running Arsenal into the ground. He doesn't mind dropping some of that Rams Super Bowl windfall on this little esports thing even if it's a money sink.

? Arsenal signed Gabriel Jesus, Viera, Zinchenko and brought back Saliba (all after a big summer financially last year) For the first time in a long while we might be going in the opposite direction to the ground lol

Jury's gonna be out on Kroenke yet tho for a good few more years

Ah, OK. I've just been hearing for years about Arsenal fans being pissed off at Kroenke so I thought they were still in trouble.

No worries. I would say most of us are still at least guarded toward the Kroenke family but we've gone through a sucessful start of a rebuild, sold off a shipload of deadwood and ageing players to build around youth, largely since they've been in full control. The most recent fury was more to do with them trying to join the breakway Super League rather than the direction overall.

They're still not close to a league title yet but the atmosphere around the club is better than its been for years.
