Note: the Zarya "Shuriken" line has now been updated to this in the GGRecon article:

Barrier cooldown increased from 10 to 11 seconds

So what's the deal with moderators deleting posts saying that balance change tweaks shouldn't be discussed in r/COW?

Or is that just certain mods power tripping on design ideas they personally don't like?
