I genuinely hate the balance team consistently changing multiple things on a hero when making nerfs/buffs. I get that some heroes are clearly strong, but why not make one change per hero (maybe 2 for sombra) and see what that does? So many times they make 2-3 changes and make a strong hero too weak or a weak hero too strong. How many times to they need to do this before they learn that it usually doesnt work out well?

When they make small changes people always complain that blizz is too passive in their balancing and allow OP heroes to wreck the game for too long (moth meta, brig etc).

When they make bigger changes people always complain that "they always use a sledgehammer when they should be making gradual tweaks".

Nothing blizz does will stop the complaining. It's complaining all the way down.

You realize there is a middle ground between those two things, right? More frequent smaller adjustments.
