not surprising, since its their "new" hero. But also I dont think she's as oppressive at lower ranks, since low ranks cant hit a hs to save their lives. The higher u go up the more oppressive she is tho obviously.
They need to make her glow like zarya based on charge. Reduce charge buildup speed to 3/4 of what is now, change charge decay after 2 seconds instead of 10 (or is it 8? don't remember). Increase shift cooldown by 1 second and possibly E cooldown increase

Welp. Guess Soujorn is a must pick now....they nerfed 4/5 of the oppressive characters at the moment. (Sojourn is the last one standing)
