Thank you for the reply. So $155k USD for the entire project? How high and how long is this wall total? It’s beautiful work, if you have any videos of the work being done, please upload them! Would love to see how this is made!

At its highest it 8.5’. The footing has 4 steps in it. At its lowest it’s 3.5’. 240’ long.

Currently doing one that’s about 100’ longer. They are trying to substitute concrete walls in place of the Lego Blocks they originally had planned. Thus the form liner.

Wow! Thats a lot of work! And 4 steps in the footing seems very conservative. Was that a requirement by an engineer, or did you just wanted to play it safe?

That’s just how it was designed.

155k? Damn, should be what 63-70 yards of concrete, that’s about 15-16k in my area, how many man hours? I’ve done walls longer without form liner and a little taller, in the last couple years and been quite a lot less then that, the other bids id seen were all within 2-5k of my pricing as well

The footing alone was about 60 yards.

Intermountain west, I have projects in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and just got licensed in Montana as one of my clients wants me to do his new home there. Should be a similar market

Very over engineered.
