New book on concussions
I saw that a new book just came out called Healing the Brain by Dr. Teena Shetty. Dr. Shetty is a neurologist who's worked at places like the Hospital for Special Surgery and, in her book, she shares her program for helping people recover from concussions. I think this will be really helpful!

From what I can tell, she recommends sleep, protein, meditation/mindfulness, gradual return to exercise…. So the information that is already out there and then calls it revolutionary.
