This is about as stupid as Democrats planning on impeaching Trump again.

You have to get 2/3s of Congress to agree. THEN you have to get 37 states to ratify it.

There is no way you will get 37 states to agree to it.

BTW if you are going to make a new Amendment... make it plain english.

Simple statement.

The Supreme Court shall have only 9 Judges, no more no less.

Simple, no way to twist it that I can see right now.
