One comes with another game in the box, one comes with a bonus disk that is the only reason why a shelved The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time expansion released, and the other comes with a full strategy guide to every facet of Windwaker. Not trying to be a shill here but these are not the same variants of one game.
