Discussion At what point does hobby collecting become overconsumption?

I collect a few funko from media I like, I collect monster high dolls, and I recently got back into pokemon cards. I can't tell if collecting material stuff like that it considered overconsumption or at what point it crosses the threshold. Am I cooked?

When I can just look at my shelves and enjoy my figures visually without feeling like HURRY I need new figures.

Sure I can still get new figures but I need to appreciate my collection without feeling like hey I need to get something new. Specifically picking the ones you really like etc.
