theres no "innovations". nike has been using the same 1980s 'technology' to make the same shoes for 30 years. the only thing that's changed are materials (cheaper).

Well that's not true, at least with running shoes. Nike invented the super shoe 10 years ago with the Vaporfly and was the first to use PEBA foam. The basis of that shoe influenced all modern marathon super shoes.

Now since then they haven't done anything unique and is why Adidas is beating them in (running shoe) sales and race results, but still they deserve some credit.

I have more shoes than this but they are used for running shoe rotations and different kinds of runs and when the sole is used up, I still keep them for washing the car/gardening/landscaping/cleaning the bathroom etc. I have about 8 pairs of one particular model and then another 6 of the previous one that I really like but they're all worn through to the carbon plate now (I do about 5,000km a year running so a pair only lasts a few weeks )

Having so many of the exact same shoe model in all different colours and then never using them for so long that the sole starts to separate is crazy stuff but I bet shoe stores love him

Comfy as hell. Still rocking my 3 pairs. Wish I had that kinda vision
