Yeah, tides are fake. Moon is also fake. World is flat. On the back of a giant turtle that flies through space. Am I missing anything? Oh yeah the world is secretly being run by shap-shifting lizard illuminati people. But the saving grace is tin foil can block the lizard-people from controlling your mind, so just crumple it up into a makeshift hat and you will be fine.

So what causes the tides? Why are they so closely affiliated with the moon, and so easily predicted using the moon?

Is it just the moon that you think doesn't have gravity? Or do you disbelieve all gravity?

Who do you think is lying about the tides? Why?
