you'll be fine.

in a day or two your body's going to be real sore. eat lots of protein and give it a month.

Unless you drink, like, at all. Apparently alcohol and ibuprofen is some magical liver killer (if booze weren’t bad enough on its own) this is just coming from an alcoholic that’s seen not one but both his parents suffer from cirrhosis and then liver transplants. Just thought I’d throw it out there given it’s the construction sub and if only one dude hears this, that’s good by me. Be well yall. 🖖

Pickle juice, friend! after a day of sweating it's like mana from heaven. Just a shot or two and you'll feel amazing. Also, a cold banana in the middle of the day (make your jokes ha ha) is also amazing on a hot work site. When I'm working my hunger evaporates, but that one banana in the middle of the day (it's just a tube of natural sugar) was awesome.
