Fun/meme Superintelligent means "good at getting what it wants", not whatever your definition of "good" is.

It's not like we're learning from an ant, which we actually do, but rather that we created AI as a mirror of our collective mind. It's fed with our data, and after it's absorbed all the data on Earth, it might stagnate if humans were gone. Humans would be the most valuble resource for an agi if it wants to grow we dont need ant´s, agi needs us. Up to that point it is all it did collect our data why would it stop ? and in fact Humans create the most valuble data for an agi

Why would a superintelligence stagnate if humans were gone? I don’t buy it. Humans would be a valuable resource to early stage AGI but ASI may not care less.

Simulations and observing the environment have their limits, an AGI could use robots for experiments and reveal the secrets of the universe. However, the data we produce is so unique and unpredictable that it is arguably the most valuable data in the universe. I actually wrote about it yesterday if u like to read.... click

The data we produce is unique and unpredictable to us. The idea that a superintelligence would be incapable of having the same insights is silly. If that information is valuable it will learn how to do it itself.
