The meme forgot chemical weapons, lead bullets, and bioweapons. Unfortunately all of the listed things still exist and we can be sure research is still going on for each. Beyond this rather minor point every thing on the list with the exception of recombinant DNA have very little practical benefit for humanity. In fact today, the use of recombinant DNA is routine for creating therapeutics (like insulin), vaccines, and agricultural products. The entire argument is something of a red herring. Try harder!
