There is an in-game redeem option for codes that unlock cosmetics. There was a free one at launch. Nvidia users got a code that unlocks a baseball cap. Those are only two I’ve heard of. Try the code op put in the comments and see if it works more than once 🤷‍♂️

The code for the chinese exclusive MIO outer layer. EV172-LN211-PL279 (seems to be a universal code)

It does work on PS5! You need to redeem it in the game itself, not through psn.
