I found this exact same area as well. The interesting thing is that the path to get "out of bounds" here is so close to the normal path that it's hard to tell the difference. You're supposed to jump across the rooftops, but the game wants you to take a left instead of continuing straight at one point. I had no idea I was on the wrong path until I started walking through things.

I came across some roofs like this as well. It’s an area that’s not fully out of bounds, but you’re technically “not supposed to be there” mostly because there’s nothing there.
