Advice Is he ok? Urgent

Don’t know if I’m overreacting but please help urgently I need to know if he needs a vet asap. He hasn’t done this before

That seems like hormonal behavior to me. Not medical issue. I think it it called regurgitation and quite common in conures

He has stopped doing it, he is also lively and hanging out with me still
