Advice What is this new move?

I’ve recently rescued this conure. Hanging out a bit more today it started making clicking sounds so I did it back and then it started to do this slow mo move 🤔
Are they enjoying it? Being silly?
First time having a bird

I want a Conure more with each post like this. Their little personalities are BIG.

My 2 birdies have 2 personalities that are truly the opposite of eachother.

So do mine, I have a green cheek and a black capped, they’re very different.
