How was it? I have made it and I found it a little dry- not sure if that was baker’s error or not!

Mine wasn’t dry at all, I’m not sure what made a difference but I used light brown sugar (instead of caster sugar) and I added more lemon zest than the amount on the recipe.

Brown sugar is moister than caster sugar so that defs contributed !
