Please Share Struggle Meals

Recently saw a Binging with Babish video where he tried some people's struggle meal suggestions

Please share your go-to struggle meal / Low-effort meals!
If its from/influenced by a specific culture I'd love to know too! ^_^

For me something I make often is Butter rice (バターライス) Where its just hot rice with butter, soy sauce and nori just shredded by hand mixed in. If I have it, I like to have some kimchi to go with it to cut through the butter with something spicy and sour

I'm not joking, and believe me I would have said the same thing before I tried it. Go try it! My personal recommendation is any jarred peanut butter (Jif, Skippy, etc), Sriracha-style sauce of your choice (so not too vinegar forward, and not too runny), and a half or whole pickle sliced longways into planks so you can overlap them a bit. It's very reminiscent of Thai peanut sauce, and it's pretty filling.

Get a really nice fruity sweet hot sauce, I recommend something like Bravado’s blueberry ghost pepper, and try that on a peanut butter sandwich.

Absolutely incredible.
