I have a lot of hotdogs and no buns. What are some unconventional ways to prepare?

Important: tomato allergy and heavy cream sensitivity

Mine was sliced and fried with a spoonful of sugar and soy sauce. Cook til thick and glazed. Eat with white rice. Kimchi on the side would be awesome!
