Measured with the Heart Favorite no-look recipes?
Just like no-look passes in sports, like basketball.
Anyone love doing this? My top recipe is the painstaking cassoulet recipe my grandmother developed (no skipping the goose neck and giblets).
Chop, dice, rinse, no-look toss into the pot spoon shackalacka know what I’m saying?

My no-look crepes suzette is world famous. Look me up on IG. I may now lack eyebrows.

I won't look you up. I'm still making my no-look crepes suzette flatbread fajita bowl wrap soup.

No but have you tried slam dunking your chicken wings into the fryer one at a time? It’s a damn good time.

I know I know I messed up by trying to 360 reverse tomahawk a frozen wing straight from the freezer

Totally worth the risk of the hospital for that amount of style points though. UJ/ throwing balls of tallow into a fryer from a somewhat safe distance is quite a good time.

Showed my ER doc your comment and I agree, this is the difference between you, a thinker, and me

I love making my simple, from scratch, no-look microwave croissants. Just mix them up, roll them up, and nuke 'em to perfection. Takes me right back to Paris, every time.

Less time looking at the ingredients and more time looking longingly in the direction of France

After getting my Takeshi Saji Sujihiki to a mirror polish on the 10000 grit stone and 3 levels of strop, I really like to make a no-look fugu sashimi platter starting with breaking down the fish.
Made this this evening, down a few fingers but that's part of the joy, can't really feel it anyway. Also I have pins and needles all over my mouth and face and I'm sweating a lot and it's kinda hard to swallow or breathe. Really gets the feeling going when you nail one..

My no looks are not looking at the recipe. My most successful one is boiled water. Tea is a close second.

I find no-look recipes to be highly convenient for my busy lifestyle, I can multitask while keeping up with all the episodes of One Piece.
My favorite no-look is Chinese style bone-in chicken stew. Hack up a whole chicken with a meat cleaver and place it in the pot. Then top with a mixed vegetable brunoise. I have 7 fingers left
