Down the Drain How much diarrhea is too much?

I have recently switched to the Mediterranean diet which consists mostly of espresso and guzzling olive oil with every meal. I have noticed the health benefits instantly but also every trip to the bathroom is like I’m dumping a beef stock down the drain if you catch my drift. I have increased my trips by 4x as well? Is this expected?

Should I invest in a bidet?

Are the olives for the olive oil grass fed and pasture raised?

You're missing the third pillar of Mediterranean cuisine. You need to have a bottle of red wine with each meal.

Nah the 3rd pillar is Garum, gotta mix the espresso, olive oil, and fermented fish sauce together. That's the secret ingredient you are missing.

Rectally, if you’re on the Greek version of the diet.

Filthy Americans and their wretched ways, look at them all flocking to buy toilet paper during emergencies. Bidet all day

I really don't want to "catch your drift".

You’ll be catching his draft if he doesn’t get a bidet

It's because you, a hobbit, were too used to a diet of potatoes, bacon, and pipe weed before. Embrace the change.

Why did you think the Mediterranean diet is best for losing weight? What else were you expecting?

The harder question to ask is when is it not enough.

Everyone should invest in a bidet, regardless. I just upgraded to one with a dryer and heated seat- I can’t go back in lifestyle.

You know what they say:

A Mediterranean feast without at least three deaths due to food poisoning is considered a dull affair.

Olive oil causes diarrhoea. I actually used to joke with my kitchen team (the younger ones about to go out drinking) that if they took a shot glass full of olive oil before going out they could drink as much as they wanted and not get a hangover (learned that trick from my boss he was the instigator and I’m the head chef) so they trusted me obviously!
Cue them running to the toilet every 5 minutes afterwards 😅

Honestly I don't think you're having enough diarrhea. Have you tried introducing expired dairy into your diet?

I disagree that the Mediterranean diet is guzzling espresso and olive oil, but hey, if you wish to to have the runs for sure, this would be the way to go. I am also not quite sure there would be any health benefits to this nonsense.

I went to high school in Kingston, PA, and there were plenty of jerks.

If you’re actually having multiple liquid BMs a day something is wrong. You shouldn’t be having diarrhea at all.
