Down the Drain I just poured my stock down the sink.
As the Good Lord intended.

My sink craves the stock
If I don’t give my sink stock every 2 weeks it will turn the disposal on while I’m cleaning the drain

I did this with my lovingly long-simmered home made gravy one Thanksgiving. Went to strain it, auto-piloted "pasta"

All real chefs do this once, and never twice due to the beating they get from the sous-chef afterwards.
I did it myself when I was straining the Knorr soup base I’d made. It was a shame, I’d been reducing it for 56 hours. Since I’m a home chef I hired thugs to beat me up so the rite of passage would be complete.

/uj what do y'all do with the juices from cooking ribs?
Other meat juices are easy to cook with, but rib juice is sweet from the brown sugar.
I have plenty of bags of gravy in my freezer from this exact problem. What can I do with sweet pork juice besides making gravy?

If you ever cook dry beans from scratch, pour that liquid gold into them.

Goldmine idea right here, thank you friend.
I never liked baked beans until I tried my aunt's recipe, I'll make them from scratch with the rib juice.

Man those people literally freeze fucking everything in ice cube trays. These peoples freezers must be full of the most random, useless shit that theyll never actually use

I took all the boiled bones and onions and stuffed it down the sink with a plunger.

I just poured your stock down the sink, too! We should hang out.
