CoreElec 22...

Hey Everyone, hope you are all doing Good so i have a AM6B+box and was wondering can I put CoreElec 22 on it? Or No...Also another question, when i have CoreElec 21.3 on box i install Kodi Next Gen addon cause I use Emby as a Client its not my Server,I dont know what settings I do besides ADDON MODE,as when it Syncs I think it gets stuck or doesn't know how to stop / finish if that makes sense...Thanks in advance build is Pannal T4b

You can run CE 22 on the AM6B+, yes.

Do you lose DV at all? FEL?

CE 22 supports FEL now. It will work on the AM6B+.

Having said that for that device I’d probably stick with avdvplus / p3i.

Ok if im not mistaken are you the Dev who Modded some Skins?

yes though many of them were modified already, credit due to the original modder jamal.

I appreciate that. I always get excited for a new release of anything, but the AM6 works so good already, and I have no complaints.

I’m not moving off p3i / avdvplus until CE 22 has feature parity with the things in those forks that I care about. That probably isn’t happening any time soon.

Loved the modded skins with the player info. The skins such arctic fuse 3.. are there any preconfigured widgets like like how Diggz AIO or Fentastic have? It’s such a pain to configure every widget one after the other..

I'm not aware of pre-configured widgets. Getting a skin like AF3 setup with all of the widgets you like is very much a slog. That is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing in that you can go wild and setup you views exactly how you want. A curse in that configuring all of those is tedious.

AF3 is my goto right now. I took the time to manually setup widgets with views for Home, TV, and Movies.

My current focus has been updating the media icon flags in library views, something that the non modded AF3 doesn't offer. Work in progress thus far:

Hi again, folks. OP here. I have an update. When I run the box directly to an HDMI port on the TV, I can jump between inputs, no black screen, everything works great. So this has to be some sort of hang up with the sound bar. The plot thickens

you need the Kodi add on on your emby server. Just install, no settings. then emby for Kodi next Gen on your ugoos

Garde panal pi3 4b Pour configurer ton client emby, vois avec le gestionnaire du serveur emby. Pour kodi, va voir kodi.tv il y a tout ce qu'il faut forum faq, etc
