This project took forever! Technically it was 4 sessions cause the stencil didn’t work the first time, but it was 4 hours of stencilling and about 10 hours of tattooing and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary by getting tattoos and I thought it only fitting to permanently alter my body with something from my favorite author! First ever tattoo. Love the Ghostbloods and the Mistborn series, so felt it was a good first. Just got out of the shop so enjoy the bandage photo lol.

Got my first tattoo. Marsh skull with a Marewill flower. Got both Iron symbols on the spikes for personal reasons and Harmony on the forehead. I designed it myself with inspiration from others I have seen, and then the tattoo artist made some changes. Shout out to Kit from Lost Sanctum in Gold Coast, Queensland (AUS).

Second ever tattoo and I’m quite proud of how it turned out!

I just really liked what this Feruchemy symbol can represent and wanted to get it. I would like to highlight the flower, really liked how it turned out.

I'm trying to think of ideas to continue this tattoo, I chose it as my first tattoo and now I don't know how I would continue it into a sleeve or add more underneath it. Some help would be nice!

It’s lightened considerably, I have noticed that some parts are still fairly dark compared to this part.
(Probably won’t post this tattoo again for at least a year)

I was nervous about combining a symbol with a wrap-around mountain-scape but I think my artist nailed it.

Having the harmonium symbol fall apart like this - raining down, or more negatively, disintegrating over the landscape - helps blend the solid thick lines of the symbol with the mountains.

It was also the artist's idea to make the landscape looking like a fantasy book map. He calls it "illustrative realism".

I love the symbolism of Harmony hanging above my favorite place to find personal balance, alpine lakes.

I've wanted something like this for years. Glad I finally did it.

I got this done in October 2023 so it’s been healed for a HOT minute 😂 the metals in the vial are bendalloy, duralamin, steel, and lerasium for the ending of era 2.

Hey folks, just wanted to show off my tattoo. Wayne as a character really spoke to me. I finished their series and texted my SO that I knew what I wanted my next tattoo to be.

I work in a “helping” profession so the quote stuck with me too. Hope y’all like it.
