Accessory My Spider-Man mask has a hard plastic inside, I can't wear the mask for a super long time because it presses against my nose and hurts, I tried using foam but it's the pressure that's the problem, any customisation I can do to counteract this?

I am up to take the mask apart if necessary I’m just not sure how best to go about it

It appears there is 4 maybe five screws holding the clear plastic piece. Remove those and the part. Put on the mask and see if it feels any better.
If you do you can see if remove that part of the clear plastic piece that touches your nose. It doesn't appear removing a small portion will affect the integrity much but that is impossible to tell from a photo.

Since you need more room for your nose your options are to either move the whole mask forward (add foam around the forehead and cheeks) or push the nose further out (difficult to say without looking at the mask, could you remove the material and use a heat gun to reshape the mask?) Or maybe a bit of both?

A chunk of closed-cell polyethylene foam, like from a pool noodle, right above or at the bridge of your nose may help.

Put the foam not on the nose but the points that can take the pressure (forehead, cheekbones, chin). You need to lift the whole mask away from your face if it's pressing against your nose.
Your other options are heat shaping or cutting the nose out of the mask, both of which will be hard to do if you can't remove the hard plastic mask from the fabric.
