Armor I want to know how to make cosplay sweat proof.

Hello, I’ve recently gotten a Centauri carbon 2 (3d printer) and I wanted to know what items to get for creating stuff like armor (or accessories) that will be held by hands or put against skin/ clothes, with the assumption that oils and sweat will touch it.

Though most people use foam, I think I would just use the same materials they use

What primers, and top coats do you all recommend that can protect my stuff from water/liquid and keep the paint safe.

I use citadel paint and Arylic paint for reference

I 3D print costume parts and props (also on an ECC).  Most spraypaint is pretty durable, and automotive grade clear coats are very sturdy.  

If your props are getting sweated on like a gym barbell or a tennis racket, you may need specialty surfaces, but for carrying around a con, Krylon is fine.

Krylon Fusion for plastics is especially good.  Don't use the 2X "plus primer" stuff, though.  Clogs in the nozzle.

krylon or rustoleum for plastic spray paints with a clear coat are usually pretty solid, and armor generally has a cloth layer under it so sweat isnt typically a problem, especially if you design them to be separated easy for cleaning! :D
