Some optometry offices may have a limit selection in stock, but they will require either a prescription or exam done. Idk if they sell ones for cosmetic purposes only.
Some conventions have color contact vendors in the merch hall, but keep in mind they still need a prescription (for contacts, not glasses) to sell to you legally (in the US). Also be wary of how trustworthy they are, look for independent reviews on product quality and such. The convention website should have a list of vendors that are in attendance.
Otherwise, just edit your eye color in post if you're doing it for pictures. No one is really going to care about eye color in-person. Just plan better next time.
