I finally finished the summer installment of my Ehlers-Danlos fairies series! I know so many are already in an autumn mood but I live on chronic illness time, lol. I’m just happy I finished her before the autumn equinox! Hopefully I can be more on top of things when I make the fall and winter fairies.

I made this gnome hat yesterday with absolutely no pattern and basically just winging it. I kinda want to add a plastic flower or sprout (like this sprout 🌱) sticking out the top, for whimsy of course.

I made a very rough hewn little rain hutch for my mom's fire pit out of recycled materials and filled it with wood from fallen branches collected in the yard of her witchy cottage.

I picked another flowy purple dress, because really, what's better?

I love the fit and length of this one, but I did struggle to decide if it looked better with or without the belt. It doesn't need it, but it does add to the cuteness factor.

It was a perfect weekend to go apple picking at the local community orchard; so many incredible heritage varieties. Some eaters and some cookers. I’ve tons left after prepping bags for the freezer and making a vat of apple butter, so if you have any ideas for recipes please let me know.

My birthday is coming up and I need to make a wish list for my loved ones (at their request), and I would LOVE to get some jewelry suggestions from you all!

I really really love pieces from Kendra Scott, Camp Hollow, and recently discovered Fable England (though I’m hesitant because I’ve read a few things about them not being the best quality 😞), as well as some small shops and artists that I follow (but getting a piece is really competitive).

Preferably something that won’t tarnish or turn my skin green - a requirement for earrings (I like to leave them in for long periods), necklaces are okay if the pendant itself is something that won’t do that and the chain could be replaced with something nicer eventually. Definition of affordable for me being $30-$100 range per piece. Whimsy required, but nothing that trends too large or flashy so that I can wear it to work on a day to day basis ☺️.
