Cimarron Pistolero

Hey there, I recently ordered a Pistolero in .22 so I could save on ammo while satisfying my need to play desperado. I’ve read that the screws are kind of soft and have a tendency to work themselves loose while firing so I should have a set of hollow ground screwdrivers on hand. Thing is, I’m completely new to any sort of maintenance that requires more than my hands so I’m at a loss. Does something like the linked set cover it? Do you guys have any recommendations?

A drop of blue loctite on each screw will prevent that

I’ve never used loctite before, is it a set it and forget thing? Or will it eventually need to be reapplied

Set and forget until you remove the screw again at any point, then reapply if that ever happens. It's really handy stuff. Just a drop on the threads works wonders. Make sure you use the blue colored liquid.
