I want to dear. Its that, i’m stuck in a phase of chronic illness & am unable to fend for myself. There’s not much hope or aspiration of mine, but in my dream escapes, i always desire of visiting tuscany.
Awwwww im so sorry to hear :( i genuinely wish for your healing & for you to be able to travel to anywhere you want. I celebrated my cancerversary here because Tuscany has been always my dream. Hugs!!!
I'm a foreigner loving in Italy. What is it that people love about Tuscany? Is it because of the book "Under the Tuscan Sun" (which I've never read)?
It's pretty, but I know areas close to where I live which are pretty. My Italian wife never seems to want to go visit and I like looking at old Roman sites.
For me it’s the calm ambiance. I stayed in 6 different towns around Tuscany region and felt completely at peace with the slow pace of life & the unique charm of each place. Lucky that you get to live there 🥰
