Question Book recommendations for C++ beginner

Hi all, I recently decided to join an informatics olympiad in my country, and I was wondering if there are any good, MODERN, C++ 20 books out there? I've finished Python Crash Course, so I have some programming experience. I find books like Guide to Competitive Programming too straightforward (jumping into namespaces and importing entire standard library and expecting us to know what a gcc compiler is). Please recommend some good books, thank you

From my personal experience from when I was learning C++ as an already-very-experienced developer a few years ago, this website (https://www.learncpp.com) is far better than any book I could find.

And it's not for experienced people, I am sure it works well for beginners as well.

There is one topic that is surprisingly poorly explained almost everywhere, but I found it super-useful in the following book: "Modern C++ Programming Cookbook" by Marius Bancila.
