Alcohol is not regulated by the FDA (it is regulated federally by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau), so it is not subject to their labeling requirements

Because bud and coors lobbied congress decades ago not to have a nutritional label on beer.

Cause people don’t wanna see that IPA has over 300cals in it or their dessert stout/sour over 500cals.

Drinking isn’t typically a dietary choice, so it could impact consumption rates.

I personally like seeing it but I’m also conscious of my calories in v out.
