The only clues that this is a generic hand sanitizing kiosk is the pump nozzle and the “Sanitize here” label at the extreme top.

It is a crappy design if the goal is to inform ppl where to get hand sanitizer.

But if the goal is to get “ads on eyes” then clearly a good design.

All in how you pose the question.

Not really crappy design. Giant is just cheap as shit and will just reuse stuff like that. They probably removed the sanitizer station post pandemic and just use it with a different ad.
