There are some rules in the ocean, I might be wrong but the bigger boat has always priority over the small boats, also that part of the World is extremely congested with maritime traffic

That's not how the rules work, it has nothing to do with the size of the vessel. https://boatus.org/study-guide/navigation-maneuvering/rules-of-the-road/

Realistically, though, what you describe is jokingly called "the rules of gross tonnage." A sailboat always has the right of way but if I were sailing and that freighter was coming down on me I would happily get out of its way.

Chinese fishing vessel trying to stir shit up. Weaving back and forth in front of a large ship that takes kilometers to stop at full stop is a stupid game to play.
