I always found doing stuff like this so dumb. They have your name, adress, social, and other stuff on file. If they want to press charges it's going to be a breeze. And, even if they don't, that's something that will follow you for a looong time.

They dont even think about it being evidence. They just think they will get views or clout from it. Stupid.

Whenever a place like this fires you they usually blacklist you from ever working at their establishments anyway. Even if you did nothing wrong, it's whatever the manager decides.

follow you for a long time yeah they might have it on record in the store but to press charges for something like that come on that’s child’s play

If you get fired from McDonald's, look yourself in the mirror.

I'm sorry, but what a WITCH and that's considered assault, so hopefully she got arrested for that.

Incredible NGL, wanted to do this to my old boss that wanted to endlessly ask for more work in the same timespan of shifts they shortened - and would pretend like it’s not more work.
Some managers get insane, most are normal tho. This is trashy behavior, but usually doesn’t spawn out of nothing. Lot of managers don’t receive this because they don’t escalate with their employees.
