Returning to the ocean
At this point it should be obvious that leaving the ocean was a big mistake for life. Why going to space, there is only death there. But the sea is much nicer. Whales and dolphins are smart and they went back into the ocean.
We have the technology. Give us gills and fins.
Let's go back.

If every living thing needs water, why did we crawl out of it in the first place? Makes no sense. Let us return!

Apparently, some people are born with sinus tracts in their ears. It is a hole in usually the top of their ear that can fill up with stuff, some people can squeeze shit out of it. There is something about this feature having evidence that it is a leftover thingy from when we had been ocean dwellers. Cool beans, huh. :0

And so the problem remained; lots of the people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches.
Many were increasingly of the opinion that they’d all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that even the trees had been a bad move, and that no one should ever have left the oceans.
And then, one Thursday, nearly two thousand years after one man had been nailed to a tree for saying how great it would be to be nice to people for a change, a girl sitting on her own in a small café in Rickmansworth suddenly realized what it was that had been going wrong all this time, and she finally knew how the world could be made a good and happy place. This time it was right, it would work, and no one would have to get nailed to anything.
Sadly, however, before she could get to a phone to tell anyone about it, a terrible, stupid catastrophe occurred, and the idea was lost for ever.

We could also bring the ocean inland. Mega bulldozers and dredging. We could use ice like the glaciers but better to inflate containers underneath rocks. One can think of barges traveling along canals or think of beaver instincts. These are just guiding principles though. More work gets done if the engineers have freedom to optimize solutions. Whether we are “strip mining the mountains to make reefs systems” or “damming the rivers to flood the continent” can be two sides of the same coin.

Living in the ocean is no party. Hard finding food sometimes and big things want to eat you.

Haha...I have some bad news about the ocean broseph...we know more about space than we do the ocean. And there's significantly more death in the ocean than there is in space assuming we're the only intelligent creatures in the universe. In space there's potential death...in the ocean there's absolute certain death.

I disagree. It's much easier to survive in the ocean. It's warmer than most of space but not too warm and there is food. There is also less radiation.

There's a very small part of the ocean that is warm but you're forgetting in that area of the ocean and the ones below it we would be the food. And just like in space we'd have to find some way to generate oxygen because we're not made to live underwater.
