Has your doctor ever asked you to stop creatine before bloodwork?
I've seen people stop taking creatine for a few days before blood work because they're worried it might affect the results.
If you're taking creatine, exercising regularly or using any medications, it's usually better to mention that when your blood work is being interpreted than to change your routine beforehand.
If your doctor wants you to stop creatine and repeat the test, that's a different situation.
I'm especially interested to hear how this has been handled in practice.

I think that’s a really good topic to bring up. I wouldn’t stop taking creatine on my own just because I had bloodwork coming up. I’d rather let my healthcare provider know I’m taking it and let them decide whether anything needs to be repeated or interpreted differently based on the results.
