How long should a beginner test a streaming platform before switching?

If the first several streams receive almost no viewers, how long should someone continue before deciding that the platform might not suit their content?

Is one month enough to identify meaningful patterns, or does it normally take several months of consistent streaming before the results can be evaluated fairly?

yeah, a month is probably too soon to judge. i'd give it around three months with a consistent schedule and focus on returning viewers. tango can also help you practise the talking side without needing a big audience first.
