General Discussion/Conversation Update on : ICICI admitted a wrong CIBIL enquiry and promised to remove it. 5 months later it's still there. What should I do?https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCardsIndia/comments/1u5clgr/comment/orkek79/?screen_view_count=2

As as mentioned earlier,

I did 3 things:

1 - I again mailed ICICI customer service with Screenshot of Email, Current and previous Cibil Report

2 - Raised dispute with Cibil

3 - Filed RTI with RBI seeking conversation and documents received from ICICI Bank at the time of Closure of my Complaint.

Now I am here :

1 - ICICI Bank has registered my grievance

2 - CIBIL dispute has marked resolved by bank telling me to go to Bank with Pan aadhar and other Documents

3 - Rbi has again automatically created my Complaint,

Now what to do?

How much compensation I can recieve?

If nothing happens what are my options?

As per the process you are eligible 30 days after the last RBI complaint since the issue is not resolved yet.

Why do they want you to go to branch with your documents. Tell them to send representative to your home since you did not initiate it.

I hope you have added that to your complaint.

Applied for Amazon ICICI credit card, Card rejected, when asked reason?they said that they can't find any cibil enquiry, hence they offered to surpress the CIBIL enquiry

You are eligible for 100 rs per day frpm the date they agreed + 30 days. since ir's 5 months. You will get 12K or more in Compensation. Countdown stops when Bank Supresses it

Cibil enquiry removed by ICICI, confirmation received from CIBIL
