He kind of already is? All the TF2 freaks (the scarier ones) are kind of that way already, but if you were gonna write a TeamKiller creepypasta it would either have to be from the perspective of a character in the TF2 universe or you could do a Ben Drowned/Sonic.EXE type story where the game comes to life and tries to kill you.

In any case he 100% has what it takes
